We are pleased to welcome family support worker Syd Bosel as our speaker on the topic of social-emotional growth in children. Syd has been developing and facilitating workshops and support groups for parents of young children for almost 30 years.
This solution-focused workshop will be interactive. Syd will be inviting participating families to share specific challenges they are currently facing, and she will help us understand what is really going on for children underneath the overt behaviour, as well as consider how and why parents react the way they do. By exploring these questions, Syd will provide guidance on how to foster emotional regulation skills and social-emotional growth in our children.
