The next instalment in our speaker series will feature Dr. Wendy A. Hall with a talk on developing healthy sleep habits. Dr. Wendy A. Hall is a registered nurse and professor in the University of British Columbia School of Nursing. She has conducted extensive research studying children’s sleep problems and published numerous papers. Dr. Hall is committed to building parental competence and confidence to promote healthy child development.

In this 1.5 hour talk Dr. Hall will talk about developing healthy sleep habits and why that’s important. As well, she will help parents address sleep challenges and to identify where there might be an underlying medical reason.
